Shipping Policy

Shipping :

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details. 

How much time do you take to ship ?

Shipping timelines varies according to the product. Please refer to the product description for shipping timelines.

You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.

Requests for putting orders placed “on hold”:

We would not be able to place any orders on hold for future delivery or for any other reason. The order placed by you will be shipped as per schedule, and there cannot be any change in shipment. We will also not be able to promise any delivery timelines.

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Quirkyheads is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Quirkyheads. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Quirkyheads, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.

What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?

  • Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner will make an attempt to reach you via a phone call or SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package.

  • A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to the parcel for a few days, awaiting further instructions from you, before returning the parcel to us.

  • Once the parcel has been shipped back to us, we will automatically cancel that order. The payment made by you towards the cancelled order will be refunded via your original mode of payment.

  • Also, please note that cash on delivery (COD) is a special service where we ship your order without any pre-payment. We may be forced to discontinue the option of COD in your account should you fail to accept your COD parcel when it is delivered to you.

Are there any conditions on the cash-on-delivery option?

  • Please note that your cash-on-delivery package will be handed over to you only when complete payment has been made to the courier partner’s representative. Also, please give exact cash to avoid any inconvenience.

What should I do if I have received only a part of my order?

  • Please mail at hello@Quirkyheads.in us with the details of missing product  but within 15 days of receiving your order. We shall check and get it sorted asap.

My tracking link shows 'delivered' but I have not received the package. What do I do ?

  • Please drop us a mail at hello@quirkyheads.in within 24 hrs of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service. Please note : We would not be able to investigate with the courier service if it is informed to us after 24 hrs
